refugee convoy, calling the bombing of the convoy "a tragic error." A NATO
spokesman said NATO had only made two mistakes in the current conflict, the
shelling of the convoy, and "getting into this mess in the first place."

President Clinton resumed trade talks with China after being pressured by many
US execs whose companies see business opportunities there. Said our President
"It's true that as far as human rights goes, China is an extremely backward
country, and it's also true that China has the capability of launching missiles
that would wipe out 85% of America's population. However, the 15% who survived
would find an extremely favorable and highly profitable business climate."
Business execs cheered the announcement.
